Sheffield Machine knife were delighted to return to the Kalahari Convention Center and the Midwest Food Products Association’s (MWFPA) Annual Convention & Expo 2024 Convention that ran over 3 – 5th December. The event was sold out and was a great opportunity to make meaningful connections with others in the local food processing industry by speaking or chatting with exhibitors, invited speakers and other attendees during the show.

The MWFPA Convention & Expo was hosted at the Kalahari Convention Center which lent the event a fun, and friendly yet professional environment which Sheffield Machine Knife (SMK) really enjoys. In particular it was the mix of existing customer, returning enquiries and new attendees that makes the Expo such a good event. So many processes rely on cutting, so our specialisations were in great demand and with a wide range of knives on the stand visitors could discuss their needs in a relaxed environment with a manufacturer that can help with their cutting and supply chain issues .
